Financial Operations Intern

What You Will Do

• Process invoices: PO and Non-PO invoice validation, tax coding, bar coding, scanning, encoding and filing. This includes loading scanned invoices tracker to box, a web-based storage. 
• Monitor invoices for rescan using Content Manager tool. 
• Perform Official Receipt vouching: encoding and scanning of Official Receipts. This includes pulling out paid invoices and filing of the same. 
• Perform RTV (Return-To-Vendor) process.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Amenable to work onsite (3-4 days per week). 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Preferably a Finance-related course.
