What You Will Do

• Ensure proper documentation and timely creation of all sales toolkits. 
• Regular update of product portfolio deck to reflect the latest product offerings. 
• Support product listing on Philips and 3rd party digital platform, e-Commerce & Digital Marketing 
• Conduct research on competitor products and solutions. 
• Support Product managers in sample arrangement, including sample requests for New Product Introductions/Events/demos/approbation etc. other ad-hoc support for marketing campaigns, events etc. 
• Optimize marketing content management. 
• Collect, compile, and organize Product Brochures, White Paper, Case Studies, Testimonials, and Specification/tender
• Documents library. 
• Support in Conducting Marketing Trend Analysis (Macro + Micro). 
• Product Samples + Product Demo Cases for NPIs. 
• Other operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong interest in marketing or commercial operations with good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and cooperate across functions or business units. 
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills and execution ability. 
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English. 
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel/PPT/Word. 
• Able to commit at least 5-months, full-time (4-5 days a week) and willing to work in our BGC, Taguig office.
