Associate Analyst - Finance Planning

The Programme

The Finance Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting the Financial Business Partners in generating reports in a timely and accurate manner- (responsible for report creation and data transformation; data preparations /assistance required by Business Partners). 
 
Responsible for ensuring quality reports are delivered accurately and on time. 
 
The function includes process automation and facilitating streamlining of activities.

What You Will Do

  • Preparation of Standard Reports (e.g., P&L, Absorption, Variance). 
  • Month-end Closing Activities. 
  • Database Management. 
  • Improve efficiencies of current reports and support to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data. 
  • Work with business partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs. 
  • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources. 
  • Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance or related field. 
  • Highly knowledgeable in accounting standards and principles. 
  • Willing to learn automation through MS Office Platform and other Platforms. 
  • Organized and with great attention to detail. 
  • Critical thinking and ability to challenge the status quo. 
  • Analytical and good problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent team player and can work well even under pressure. 
  • Highly enthusiastic and with a strong work ethic. 
  • Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and/or working in semiconductor industry is a plus.
