What You Will Do

  • Undertake structural analysis and design works within a specified timeframe and Company quality standards and meeting or exceeding client expectations. 
  • Working collaboratively with others to deliver projects to our clients. 
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets. 
  • Works towards the continuous improvement of the department by creating an effective and standardized calculation system and other design tools.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Licensed Civil Engineer. 
  • Fresh Graduate or with 1-year hands on experience in detailed design of steel and concrete structures. 
  • Familiarity with any of the following design and analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, RAPT, STAAD-PRO, RAM, Robot, and Microstran is an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with design codes such as Australian and/or American Standards. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently. 
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook are required. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
