Role description: 
 
Responsible for delivering and managing service excellence in cost management, delivering positive outcomes for our clients, demonstrating leadership, and innovation of service and knowledge. 
 
Role accountabilities: 
 
To be involved in the preparation of Bill of Quantities which include measurement of Civil, Structural, Architectural and fit-out works.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering. 
• Proficient in MS Office applications.  
• Has keen attention to detail. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
•  Knowledge of AutoCAD.
