Integration Documentation Intern

The Programme

The Integration Documentation Intern will work closely with our development and integration teams to create comprehensive documentation for various integration solutions.  
 
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a passion for technology, and is eager to learn about software integrations.

What You Will Do

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for integration solutions. 
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand integration processes and workflows. 
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and process flows. 
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving documentation practices. 
• Conduct research and gather information to support documentation efforts. 
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
