What You Will Do

Finance and Admin: 

• Initiate billing requests and issue billings to third-party customers, as the need arises. Initiate Purchase Requests (PR) and Parts Request Issue Slip (PRIS) through SAP and monitor all purchases from availment to delivery and release to its proper custodians. Assists in the monthly review and variance analysis of the Department’s operating expenses.

Management Support: 

• Propose logistics and admin initiatives, analyze feasibility of a proposed initiative, and make recommendations to Management. Determine prioritization of deliverables and identify resources to complete tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree related to Finance/Accounting. 
• Advanced knowledge of finance/accounting and admin concepts, disciplines, and tools. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
