About FLY Internship Program 
 
The Cebu Pacific FLY Internship Program is designed to offer students a meaningful, practical, and immersive hands-on experience, providing valuable learning opportunities at CEB.  
 
We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, including but not limited to Business, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering, and more. 
 
Immersion opportunities are in the following departments and a variety of other teams that may not be listed below:

  • Engineering and Fleet Management. 
  • Customer Service Operations. 
  • Network Control Center and Operations Support. 
  • Finance. 
  • Human Resources. 
  • Commercial. 
  • Marketing and Customer Experience.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities in the assigned department or as required by the immediate superior/mentor. 
  • Actively participate and support assigned projects that may be related to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. 
  • Participate and/or support organization-wide engagement activities. 
  • Deliver reports and/or presentations that may be assigned within the agreed timelines. 
  • Engage in developmental conversations on a regular basis with immediate superior/mentor to receive/give feedback on performance. 
  • Uphold the values of Cebu Pacific and practice professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently enrolled Philippine-based students who may be on their junior or senior year in college/university or undergraduate program. 
  • Students who are required at least 300 hours or 3 months of internship as part of their academic requirement. Also open to students on a voluntary basis. 
  • Students who are highly proficient with applications such as MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio), multi-media applications or platforms (e.g. Adobe, Canva). 
  • Students who may have technical skills and knowledge in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, Java, etc.) 
  • Good communicators and team players who can comfortably work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment. 
  • Students who may have been active student leaders in organizations or student government/student councils. 
  • Has maintained good academic record/s.

The internship program does not provide remuneration and is not considered as an employer-employee engagement.  
 
This opportunity will follow an onsite or hybrid work arrangement, depending on the requirement in the assigned department.  
 
Our office is in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
