Talent Acquisition Intern - Business

The Programme

The Talent Management intern supports in the administrative tasks for both Talent Acquisition and People and Organizational Development teams while learning how these tasks are important in the entire process.  
The intern shall report administratively to the P&OD Lead, while functionally reports to both the TA Sr. Partner and P&OD Sr. Specialist.  
 
Though only limited administrative tasks will be assigned to the TM intern, he/she will be exposed to the full talent management process and will be encouraged to provide recommendations / suggestions further.

What You Will Do

  • Support Talent Acquisition partners with administrative tasks. 
  • Reviews resumes and applications to ensure that all required information is included. 
  • Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates. 
  • Contacts applicants to confirm interview appointments and send reminders as needed. 
  • Help with initial applicant screening. 
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens. 
  • Administration of online tests to candidates, including upload in Avature. 
  • Help with the JD upload in the JD Simulator Tool. 
  • Support in following up with candidates during the recruitment process. 
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews to thank them for their time and interest in the position 
  • People and Organization Development Administrative Support in administrative tasks related to learning and development. 
  • Support in logistics preparation including room reservations, room layout, meals and refreshments, distribution of training manuals, and equipment 
  • Process training enrollments, send calendar invitations, and coordinate with trainers. 
  • Answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations.  
  • Help facilitate evaluation surveys, including tracking of responses.  
  • Support in other tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • BS / BA in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant field. 
  • Basic Marketing – use of social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote open job requirements or training courses. 
  • Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications – use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry. 
  • Use of graphic design tools is a plus. 
  • Networking and cross-collaborations. 
  • Basic data analysis and reporting. 
  • Onsite arrangement: BGC Corporate Center Taguig (near Market-Market).
