Consulting Analyst - HR Transformation -SuccessFactors- IT

The Programme 

As Analysts, you will work across a wide range of business services, with some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies.  You will be at the center of it all, performing primary and secondary research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems.  

In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications. 
 
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our HR Transformation, SuccessFactors Technology practice. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our clients in defining their HR strategy and according to values. 
• Understanding clients’ needs, mapping out, analyzing and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR-processes. 
• Supporting project teams in managing SAP SuccessFactors project stages including, project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support. 
• Providing value add to the design of a delivery model for their HR services. 
• Implement our clients’ requirements into HR technology. 
• Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh or recent graduates specializing in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or with tech/digital related experience are encouraged to apply. 
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex business design for gap / interfaces and configure system to user requirement Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented. 
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams 
• Superior verbal and written communication skills including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups and presentations. 
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions. 
• Strong business acumen with solid analytic skills and conceptual thinking. 
• Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
