Financial Risk Associate - Finance/Economics

The Programme

You should be able to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams to perform advisory services to our valued clients in the Financial Services Industry.  
 
You will be managing various advisory services on risk and capital management on:

• FSI market entry strategy and management consulting for fintech, digital banks, digital wallets, insurance technology. 
• Basel II and III (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk). 
• Asset and liability management (ALM), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Derivatives pricing model development/validation. 
• Financial Risk (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Reputational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk Management, and Strategic Risk). 
• Quantitative risk advisory services (credit risk scorecard, ECL model development and validation, liquidity risk models, stress testing, climate risk stress testing, ICAAP). 
• Climate risk stress testing and scenario analysis for FSI. 
• Provide assistance in case of go-to opportunities in the FSI.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Any of the following BS Degree: Economics, Management Engineering, Applied Economics, Financial Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Finance and Statistics. 
• Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply. 
• Finance-related certifications are a plus but not required: CFA or FRM (any level). 
• Aptitude in econometrics and statistical analysis and use of programming languages (R, Python, SQL). 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good project management. 
• Critical thinker. 
• Analytical, well organized and able to creatively solve problems/issues. 
• Quick learner, with an aptitude for system/technical concepts. 
• Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative. 
• Excels in a team- oriented work environment.
