Internal Services - Accounting Intern

What You Will Do

• Bank reconciliation. 
• Month-end accrual and adjustments. 
• B/S Schedule. 
• P&L schedule. 
• Tax compliance and filing. 
• Processing of payments to vendors. 
• Assist in the preparation of documents during testing and audit. 
• Analysis of payables. 
• Clearing of transactions. 
• 2307 and debit advice sending to vendors. 
• To request Official Receipt upon Payment. 
• Monitor Official Receipts received. 
• Filing of documents.

Required Skills and Abilities

Education:

Graduating student of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related field.

Competencies:

• With at least 1 year experience in finance. 
• With exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 
• With strong analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Diligent. 
• Willing to work onsite.
