In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Support efforts to build university relations and university recruiting programs, such as job fairs, career talks, etc. 
• Support Talent Acquisition Coordinator on interview scheduling while providing platinum candidate experience. 
• Support on the design and maintaining job posts or hiring campaigns aligned to EB Guideline and EVP. 
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as needed and perform administrative tasks from time to time. 
• If able, conduct market research and analysis of assigned projects.

For this Role You Will Need:

• Current college student, preferably with a major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar courses.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information. 
• Creative / Innovative and social media savvy. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Competent in using Microsoft outlook like excel, PowerPoint, etc.
