Employer Branding Intern

What You Will Do

• You will conceptualize and optimize our content in Emma career platforms (Life at Emma PH on FB and @lifeatemma on IG) to increase our scope and strengthen our employer brand. 
• You will work together with our Recruiting team (and multiple stakeholders) in planning internal and external EB related events. 
• You will help build sustainable partnerships with universities for campus recruitment. 
• You will come up with industry-leading ideas to push our employer brand awareness and position us in a distinctive way to attract the best talent.
