Entry Level - Financial Controller

What You Will Do

• Contribute to analysis of the impact of business actions on financial results by performing data extractions in different data sources and analysis in Microsoft Excel and other platforms. 
• Prepare internal and external management reporting packages. 
• Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data. 
• Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency. 
• Take an active part in finance projects (data correctness, cost allocation, ERP implementation).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / Economics. 
• Fresh graduates / professionals with one (1) year of experience in the relevant field. 
• Basic knowledge of financial & management accounting and controlling aspects. 
• Proven MS Excel skills, specifically look-up formulas and functions. 
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a plus. 
• Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization. 
• Must be proactive and have a positive attitude towards work. 
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism. 
• Excellent communication skills in English.
