Learning Coordinator - Communications

What You Will Do

  • Supporting in the overall event coordination, management and logistics of all learning opportunities. 
  • Improving processes involving the learning management system for optimal user experience. 
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs. 
  • Improving processes for accurate forecasting of learning events. 
  • Management of KPI dashboards and analysis.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Degree in psychology, pedagogics, sociology, communications or a comparable qualification. 
  • You have 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Highly motivated by continuous improvement and process optimization. 
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting and resolving problems. 
  • You are interested and comfortable in working with digital learning tools and e-learning platforms. 
  • You enjoy working with large amounts of data and information. 
  • You like working in a fast-changing international environment with challenges that make you grow. 
  • You have great English skills both spoken and written. 
  • Preferably - You have experience in using LMS (SAP, Cornerstone, Google Classroom, etc.)
