Mandarin Supply Chain/Operations Intern

What You Will Do

• You will be an important member of the Greater China team and be responsible for the operations in the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets. 
• You need to conduct comprehensive monitoring and analysis of operational workflows to further improve and optimize these processes. 
• Your core responsibilities include order processing, tracking form updates, and servicing customers with operational concerns. 
• You will participate heavily in cross-departmental cooperation with other teams to continuously improve work processes and ensure efficient and smooth customer service processes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate student completing a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent educational background. 
• Able to speak fluently and read all styles in Mandarin. 
• Can commit for a 6-month hybrid internship with full-time working hours. 
• You are passionate about creating and optimizing SOP processes. 
• You are good at organizing complex tasks and tasks based on large amounts of data/numbers.
