Organizational Development Intern - Business

What You Will Do

• You will be collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our overall people experience including employee engagement surveys and other organizational assessments that will help us make sure our teams are happy and thriving. Put your analytical and logical skills to work! 
• You will be assisting in ongoing organizational development projects and initiatives. You might conduct research, analyze reports, or help implement culture and change management strategies. Plus, you get to contribute your own creative ideas for ways we can improve our organizational culture. 
• You will organize APAC’s monthly town halls and the weekly company-wide huddle. You will work closely with other People & Organization sub-teams and other stakeholders to ensure a productive and engaging work culture all over the globe so keeping strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Amenable to start on February 1, 2024. 
• Preferably graduating in early 2024 or fresh graduate. 
• Can commit for at least five (5) months. 
• Report onsite in BGC twice a week and three (3) days WFH set-up. 
• Working hours of 6-8 hours per day.
