Systems Administrator

What You Will Do

  • As part of the Emma IT team, you will be responsible for the overall technical support of our employees and external employees, such as freelancers and contact center agents.  
  • You will address incidents and requests stated by users via ticketing system, email, or teams chat globally.  
  • You will take full ownership in maintaining, improving, and configuring the different systems, tools, and applications used within Emma.  
  • You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation regarding the newly implemented systems, tools, and applications within our environment and/or the improvement thereof.  
  • You will support the senior members of the team in systems implementation, process improvement and project initiatives.  
  • You will maintain and manage all computer hardware, video conferencing assets and network infrastructure.  
  • You will support in all ad-hoc tasks. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • You have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related course.  
  • You are a fresh graduate or have at least 1-2 year of experiences as Helpdesk or Technical Support in a fast-paced industry.  
  • You have experience in ticketing management tools and reporting.  
    You are highly engaged with Microsoft client products.  
  • You have knowledge and experience of Office 365.  
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
  • Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Azure Environment, Office 365, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.) are a big plus!
