We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.  
 
The accountant will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of our Prepaids, PO Accruals, Intercompany Transaction accounting, contributing to financial reporting.

What You Will Do

• Prepares and posts journal entries in Prepaids, PO Accruals, Intercompany areas. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate reclasses or accrual requests. 
• Prepare Global Balance sheet recons. 
• Assist in preparing documentation for SOX related tasks. 
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Participate in internal controls related to General accounting. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, AP, AR, FP&A, Statutory and GL Reporting to gather relevant information. 
• Assist in preparation of data for auditors during internal and external audits. 
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and recommend improvements. 
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Abilities

• On track to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, or related field. 
• Students looking to complete their On-Job-Training (OJT) as part of graduation requirement. 
• Based in Manila. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Experience in oracle cloud accounting software is a Plus.
