Information Technology Intern

The Programme

By supporting in the provision of company support for software, hardware, and any other technical operations and issues, the IT Intern will collaborate closely with the IT Team -- contributing to the overall efficiency and effectivity of every function in Focus Global.

What You Will Do

• Basic computer setup/installation/administration. 
  
  • Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware. 
• Basic networking. 
  
  • Installing and resolving internet and network access issues (wired and wireless). 
• Basic software installation and configuration. 
• Providing technical support. 
  
  • Team service - address issues, and aid in developing solutions for process improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities

To be considered for the position, aspiring candidates must meet the following qualifications: 

• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 
• Must be highly creative, willing to learn, and quick to adapt to new knowledge and skills. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
