Supply Chain Intern - Compliance

The Programme 

Join our team as a Supply Chain Intern and gain hands-on experience in logistics and compliance operations.  
 
You’ll assist with transport management, document handling, and compliance processes, all while learning the ins and outs of supply chain and operations. 

What You Will Do 

• Transport Support: Assist in tracking shipments, ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining accurate logistics reports.
• Collaborate with the team to address any transport-related issues. 
• Document Handling: Help manage incoming and outgoing documents with service providers, and coordinate courier services. 
• Compliance Assistance: Support compliance tasks, including follow-ups with ICC, DTI-BPS, NTC, and BPI. Assist in inspections and ensure all regulatory standards are met. 
• Claims Monitoring: Track the progress of marine insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies.
• Billing & Records: Assist with managing supplier billing, document receipt, and safe record-keeping.  

Skills You'll Develop: 

• Data analysis for logistics decision-making. 
• Practical understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Effective document management and reporting techniques. 

Work Setup: 
 
This role is fully on-site from Mondays to Fridays at our office in BGC, Taguig. However, the team is open to candidates who can commit to at least 3 days on-site per week.
