People Partner Intern - Psychology

What You Will Do

• Organize, maintain, and update the People database. 
• Create reports and presentations through the guidance of the Senior People Business Partner/HRBP Senior Manager. 
• Provide support in organizing events and engagement programs. 
• Provide support in creating key visuals or digital collaterals. 
• Research and present new or upcoming HR trends.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Organized and Detail-oriented. 
• Strong communication skills - English and Tagalog, outgoing people person. 
• Self-starter and creative thinker. 
• Currently taking a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course. 
• Proficient in Google Suites, Canva (or any creative software/tools).
