Public Relations Intern - Communications

What You Will Do

• Assisting in the creation and conceptualization of various forms of communications plans. 
• Assisting the Communications and Media Relations Specialist in conducting research on recent news and stories related to the company, competitors and the industry. 
• Helping manage content on social media, particularly online communities that are related to foodpanda and other channels. 
• Assisting in monitoring corporate PR issues (national and local issue), including flagging potential issues brewing in the industry. 
• Provide support in building micro-influencer databases from Facebook groups, TikTok, YouTube and other social content platforms. 
• Assisting team members in projects, reports, events, and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent. 
• Has a passion for effective communication and utilizing various tools to deliver messaging. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. 
• Has a knack for preparing informative reports presentations and can present them if needed. 
• Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media. 
• Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 
• Is updated with current media trends with keen understanding of current affairs and crisis management.
