Talent Acquisition Associate - Project-Based

The Programme

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Project-based) to join our growing business!

What You Will Do

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. 
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. 
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years work experience in a fast-paced and professional work environment but fresh graduates are welcome.  
• Willing to be a project-based for 1 year. 
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
