Vendor Operations Intern

The Programme

We are looking for a Vendor Operations Intern to join our growing business!

What You Will Do

• You will help analyze and identify gaps in vendor operations processes. 
• You will assist the vendor operations team with assessing and troubleshooting vendor operations issues and concerns. 
• You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations. 
• You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Relevant knowledge of stakeholder management and communication is a must. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset. 
• Must be able to manage and analyze data sets using Excel and is well versed in data reporting and storytelling. 
• Experience with SQL and Data Studio tools is a plus.
