Aftersales Interns

What You Will Do

  • Build upon prior work experiences to propose and implement business solutions for more complex business problems with some independent judgement and autonomy 
  • Analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year), understand and explain changes in business drivers, drive forecast accuracy, and recommend improvements 
  • Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively evaluate financial performance and business risk (e.g., financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics) 
  • Prepare reporting package for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), selecting the best presentation method for audience 
  • Support the budget and MTP development. Analyze trends to establish aggressive yet achievable targets 
  • Form relationships with functional stakeholders and business partners 
  • Display deep understanding of how position / operating staff impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow 
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., streamline process, improve data analytics) 
  • Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Finance Leadership and key business partners
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g., develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback). 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed. 
  • Lead and Provide direction to a team of individuals with similar functional responsibilities. 
  • Learn the end-to-end process workflow and concept of Pricing and Order Management 
  • Perform as QA reviewer by applying understanding on the underlying controls for each of the processes 
  • Report findings and mitigating controls, including process improvement suggestions, to Aftersales QA Lead and Leadership 
  • Perform administrative activities such as Business Continuity Documentations, ILM, RIM, etc.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Order Management. 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Access). 
  • Analytical and Strategic thinking. 
  • Good communication and presentation skills. 

Note: Candidates must be graduating/3rd year college students of Accountancy / Finance, with internship as official undergraduate requirement, must be willing to extend internship hours if needed and work on day shift on a hybrid set-up.
