The Programme

Collaborating on innovation challenges, interacting with Industry leaders, attending cross-functional networking events and volunteering for community service activities.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Understand analytic solutions, influencing through turning raw data into compelling stories, and completing the project life cycle through achieving measurable outcomes. 
• This person must have a highly flexible skillset to juggle a range of tasks. 
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate the big picture to shape and solve immediate business problems balancing rigor with speed (the 80-20 rule). 
• Demonstrated ability to work in an internal or external consulting role with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results. 
• Descriptive Analytics: Creating and deploying reports BI reports: Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Apps, Automate, Excel and others.
• Programming languages: SQL, Java, Python, etc. 

Other competencies: 

• Attention to detail. 
• English Communication Skills. 
• Troubleshooting Knowledge. 
• Data Handling / Wrangling 

Note: Candidates must be graduating/3rd year college students of IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, with internship as official undergraduate requirement, and must be willing to work on mid-shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
