Human Resources Intern

The Programme

Supports TA Lead with university relations, talent attraction and branding activities (e.g., job fairs, career talks, hiring events, among others). Posts jobs, sources candidates, and conducts initial phone screening. Invites candidates and schedules interviews and assessments via Ev-e. Maintains site opening tracker. 

Creates announcements or advertisements for TA Initiatives. Endorses candidates for background check and medical exam. Collects and checks pre-employment requirements of candidates. Arranges 201 files. Support HR in various onboarding tasks. Assist in filing and maintaining employee 201 files. Supports HR-initiated activities such as training, general engagement, and others.

  • Support Talent Acquisition with university relations, talent attraction and branding activities (e.g., job fairs, career talks, hiring events, among others). 
  • Post jobs, sources candidates, and conducts initial phone screening. 
  • Invite candidates and schedule interviews and assessments. 
  • Maintain trackers and reports. 
  • Create announcements or advertisements for HR, L&D, and TA initiatives. 
  • Endorse candidates for background check and medical exam. 
  • Collect and check pre-employment requirements of candidates.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office.  
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills. 
  • Leadership, creativity, critical thinking and keenness for detail.

Note: Candidates must be graduating/3rd year college students of Psychology, Human Resources Development, Business or equivalent, with internship as official undergraduate requirement, must be willing to extend internship period as needed, and work on a hybrid set-up.
