Customer Care Representative - Your future position? 
  
As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for processing sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates, adhering to Customer Care guidelines.  
 
You will also serve as the liaison between customers, operations, and the sales team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be located in Pasig, Manila or Melaka, Malaysia reporting to the Demand Manager.

In this exciting role you also will be responsible for:

  • Manage the sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelines. 
  • Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements. 
  • Communicate daily with customers, operations, and sales teams. 
  • Interpret and analyze client schedules to prioritize orders. 
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints both internally and externally. 
  • Confirm pricing, inventory availability, and provide ship date information. 
  • Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes, process notifications, and customer returns. 
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched/delivered on time and manage customer expectations. 
  • Collaborate with planning teams regarding demand planning and stock positions. 
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer-specific information, contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements. 
  • Provide coverage and support for accounts managed by other team members as necessary. 
  • Identify the appropriate communication method based on the urgency and nature of the issue. 
  • Effectively diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues with customers. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in customer care.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant fields. 
  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role in related industries; open to fresh graduates. 
  • Direct customer-facing experience is highly advantageous. 
  • Basic inventory management knowledge; familiarity with SAP or order entry systems is good-to-have. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Capable of effectively managing pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Great enthusiasm for learning and adaptability. 
  • Ability to showcase independence and good organizational skills. 
  • Language skills: English and other language(s) (Tagalog or Malay).
