GroupM Philippines Media Masters - Start Date: April 2024 
 
The Media Masters Program is an accelerated trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at GroupM – the world’s largest media company!  
 
This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.  
 
We have successfully equipped over 300+ individuals with the skills to be media leaders across the region.

Responsibilities of the role: 

  • Develop and execute effective media strategies that support our client’s overall marketing objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional team, agencies, and partners to optimize campaigns. 
  • Work with high-profile local and global brand clients.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Final year students graduating in Dec 2022 & June 2023 may apply. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Math, Advertising, Marketing, Communications preferred. 
  • Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply.
