Business Controlling Analyst

What You Will Do

• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of Short-term incentive activities supporting Adhesives Global STI Team. 
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve conformance to overall Short-Term Incentives policies and procedures. 
• Support reconciliation process for the STI targets using KNIME, maintaining the Global A STI SharePoint and coordination of targets with HR and Regional controllers. 
• Performs special analyses and ad-hoc tasks on financial analysis using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and
• Short-Term Incentives (STI) Tool in partnership with the stakeholders 
• Respond to inquiries related to the STI process (via calls, STI mailbox, and the ticketing system) 
• Works with Team Lead to foster process improvements and optimization initiatives. 
• Contributes to Global Business Services (GBS+) Quality goals and Controlling Strategic Pillar objectives.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or other Finance related courses. 
• Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Business Controlling, particularly full time in Controlling.  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Advanced level of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables and MACROs) is highly preferred 
• Knowledgeable in data processing, data analysis and analytical tools like KNIME is an advantage 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. 
• Should be customer- and results oriented; Able to demonstrate meeting delivering critical time-based tasks; Highly motivated, team-oriented person with a distinct ‘Can-Do’ attitude. 
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN).
