Business Process Automation Intern

What You Will Do 

• Collaborate with team members to analyze existing administrative processes and identify automation opportunities. 
• Learn how to Design, develop, and test automation solutions using Blue Prism, VBA and MS. Power Platform (Automate and Power BI). 
• Document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development processes, workflows, configurations, and testing procedures. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team’s processes.
• Support the Team Manager in executing administrative projects and tasks.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; Knowledge in programming languages such as .NET, Python, Java & C# is highly recommended. 
• Preferably with basic knowledge of any RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism); With an understanding of automation concepts and technologies is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
