Documentation and Digital Projects Intern - Operations

What You Will Do

• Develop and revise process documentations for Henkel IT Services department and Global processes. 
• Manage Signavio (Business Process Management and Notation) licenses for the process modeling community. 
• Ensure organization of operational responsibilities through establishing the department’s structured task management system and meeting materials.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management. 
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 software is required. 
• Experience in Project Management is needed; Knowledge in basic process diagramming is an advantage. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.

Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
