IT Governance & Operations Intern

What You Will Do

• Manage the Compliance User Provisioning (CUP) Tool. 
• Oversee Mailbox Management. 
• Drive Process Improvement initiatives related to CUP request management. 
• Execute assigned tasks under the guidance of supervisors. 
• Assist in supporting the processes and operations of the Henkel team. 
• Adhere to Henkel's internal guidelines, rules, and regulations.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 software is required. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university. 
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
