Local Controlling Intern - Business/Finance/Accounting

What You Will Do

• Support in invoice processing includes coding in excel file, scanning and ticketing in inbox. 
• Support Vendor reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation. 
• Support months end close by preparing journal entries. 
• Support VAT refund activities.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses. 
• Knowledge of MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP is highly preferred. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university. 
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
