Project Management & Communications Intern

What You Will Do

• Monitor topics covered by Henkel internal chatbot; Coordinate with Process Experts and Developer for updates and implementation. 
• Conceptualize and create informative/ promotional communications for internal and external audiences (e.g. new Henkel office updates).
• Support in implementing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities (e.g. safety trainings, BCP testing).
• Assist Data Privacy Officer in reviewing, auditing, and implementing initiatives on data privacy to ensure full compliance to European and Philippine Data Privacy Laws.
• Provide administrative support in organizing meetings (invites, topics, speakers, etc.), create surveys, generate reports, and analyze outputs.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies / Administration / Management or relevant courses. 
• Knowledge of MS Office software required; Experience in using Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication; With skills in Project Management, Presentation, and Research.
• Skills in organization, collaboration, and should be keen on details.
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university. 

Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
