Quality & Continuous Improvement Intern - Administration

What You Will Do

• Project Management - tracking and monitoring of projects. 
• Creation of communication plans - info mails and infographics for announcements and promotional activities. 
• Update of training materials and documents for Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement trainings. 
• Monitor activities of the ISO coordinators.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Organizational Communication, or Project Management. 
• Knowledge of MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research. 
• Able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university. 
• Must be able to render a minimum of 480 hours for the internship. 
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati).
