Source to Pay Intern ‏- Business - Vendor Management

What You Will Do

• General support for Vendor Master Data and Supplier Portal activities.
• Quality checks and analysis on maintained bank updates and successor accounts.
• Analyze tickets based on a defined process and distribution criteria.
• Identify continuous improvement potentials within the process.
• Support portal access management, analysis and validation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management.
• Knowledge of MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel, Macros and Power BI are highly preferred.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills. 
• Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research. 

Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.

Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
