Source to Pay Intern -Quality & Continuous Improvement- Business

What You Will Do

• Check and follow up on Source-to-Pay Quality Management-related requirements; Monitor and maintain desktop procedures. 
• Assist in preparing materials and launching activities for the Quality and Continuous Improvement (Q&CI) Working Group. 
• Support in downloading data for Procure to Pay (PTP) KPI reporting. 
• Review and edit communication emails related to PTP. 
• Contribute to ideation, implementation, launch, and testing of projects. 
• Assist in identifying Continuous Improvement (CI) potential and support in the implementation of CI initiatives.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Operations Management. 
• Knowledge of MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel, Macros and Power BI are highly preferred. 
• Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards process improvement; Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university. 
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
