Consultant - Associate - Engineering - L1 Fresh Graduate

The Programme

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities. 
• Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required. 
• Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs.
• Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A Fresh Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Industrial Engineering or related courses. 
• Background in programming and manufacturing/finance 
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and work with different clients. 
• Background in Java/JavaScript Languages, Database (SQL, Win SQL), programming, application development. 
• Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner. 
• Willing to work on a rotating shift. Provide on-call support on weekends and holidays.
