Required Skills and Abilities

Education(preferred):

• Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Management, IT.

Relevant university experience:

• University-orgs leadership. 
• Project/Committee Leadership positions. 
• Internship is preferred (Banking/International experience).

Functional experience:

• Communication Skills (articulate thoughts clearly in all platforms). 
• Roadmap Designing. 
• Project Management. 
• Analytical thinking (breaking down into smaller pieces). 
• Process Engineering (CJE). 
• Experience in Statistical Tools (DQ). 
• Learning Agility. 
• Orange Code Behaviors.
