Join ING’s three-year rotational program that aims to develop top university graduates which provides a mix of challenging assignments and developmental activities aligned to the ING Hubs PH business priorities.  

You will have the opportunity to experience:

• Accelerated upskilling through technical and theoretical training.
• Combines theoretical and practical elements needed to fast track the development and the career of our graduates.
• Offers the graduates exposure to leadership within ING Hubs PH and globally.
• Opportunities to collaborate and learn from colleagues.
• Exposure to mentors and coaches within the organization will help accelerate their development and create a support network. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Education (preferred):

• Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems.
• Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Management, IT, Finance.
• BS Accountancy or Business Management.
• Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, European Studies (French, German, Spanish, Italian), Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Liberal Arts and business courses.
• Marketing, Communications, Business Management.
• Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.
• Psychology, Behavior Science, Business Admin, Legal Management / Pol Sci.

Relevant university experience:

• University-orgs leadership.
• Project/Committee Leadership positions.
• Internship is preferred (Banking/International experience). 

Other skills:

• Communication Skills (articulate thoughts clearly in all platforms)
• Project Management.
• Analytical thinking (breaking down into smaller pieces)
• Learning Agility.
