Graduate Trainee - Engineering

What You Will Do

• Assist the Facilities Management Team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including preventive maintenance, Technical Administration, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Technical Assessment, etc. 
• Provide comprehensive engineering and technical support in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. 
• Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom he/she operates in support of the site. 
• Serve as a primary/back-up contact person with the Client’s primary/back-up POC. 
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team across all sites with respect to: Information, Report production, Technical Assessment, etc. 
• Ensure accurate and timely reports of issues are provided to the management team. 
• Ensure adequate flow of information that results in accountability and ownership.
