Data Analyst - Intern - Finance/Economics

The Programme

Position overview:

The Team works for Document Repository where primary aim is to collect company filings/documents on time. 
 
These documents are being used by various downstream users like Index Analytics and ESG in their day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

• To quality certify the doc classification flagged by AI NLP Models. 
• To validate the meta data of the document in Document store for history data and improve the model accuracy. 
• To assist in targeted quality improvement initiatives for Documents in Doc store. 
• Help generate data for any model improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities

Specific knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge on the company disclosures, filings, public company reporting including 10-Ks, annual reports, and CSR. 
• Keen to details and independent worker as well as a good team player with a strong sense of ownership.

Desired experience

• Proficient in Excel/Word. 
• Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.

Desired qualifications:

• Undergraduate students taking Finance/Economics or Business Management, International Development & Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, Sustainability, or related degrees.

Must be willing to participate in an internship program with a duration of 3 months starting June 3, 2024.
