Management Trainee

The Programme

We are looking for Management Trainees for Financial Services. 
 
This is a 24-month accelerated development program that will allow you to experience different processes across our Financial Streams (Finance & Control, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Source to Pay) and gain exposure within the Nestle Group.  
 
We welcome agile and resilient fresh professionals to grow in NBS and help enrich our organization.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business-related course. 
• High performing talents with exceptional rating in the last performance cycle. 
• Has less than 2 years work experience. 
• Exceptional leadership. 
• High learning agility and resilience. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
