What You Will Do 

• Assist Engineers in the Maintenance, Sustenance, Continuous Improvement of ATE tester machine and other related hardware. 
• Help Engineers to coordinate with function groups and come up with strategy to help production/customers need. 
• Assist Engineers in ensuring 100% availability of all spare board (tester/instrumentation board). 
• Assist Engineers to meet 100% PM hit rate schedule on tester machines. 
• Assist Engineers on improvement/modification of system that eliminate machine breakdown. 
• Assist Engineers to maintain good condition of tools and spare parts. 
• Assist Engineers in implementing machine calibration, strategic maintenance plans, standardization and improvement. 
• Assist quality engineering team for analysis and planning in addressing quality issues.
• Assist to initiate and establish efficient and cost-effective tools and parts. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 
• High interest in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering. 
• Knowledgeable in automated test equipment concept. 
• Has basic knowledge of either C++, Pascal computer programming language.
• Familiarity in statistical process control and problem-solving methodologies.
