As a recent graduate with a non-technical degree, you can join us as a Functional Associate Consultant or Associate Technical Support Engineer.   
 
Our global graduate program prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite.  
 
All graduates will participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the two streams below.

  • Functional Associate Consultant – Identify business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. Design business solutions using NetSuite functions and features. 
  • Associate Technical Support Engineer (ERP) – Responsible for delivering world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Continue to practice, train your expertise in accounting, and acquire new skills in performing it in the IT Industry.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in the graduating class of 2024 only. 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Management Information Systems, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or equivalent. 
  • Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle. 
  • Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation). 
  • Strong motivation to progress with a career in the IT industry within a consulting role.
