Business Center Intern

The Programme

As a Business Center Intern, you will be providing support to the Business Center Manager in ensuring the requirements of day-to-day operations are met.  
 
You will have the opportunity to learn office facilities and administration skills.  
 
You will also have the opportunity to provide support in various HR related initiatives such as but not limited to employee engagement, Learning and Development, etc. 
 
You will:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. 
  • Maintains office monitoring sheets such as Daily Attendance, Parking Monitoring, and Visitor & Caller Monitoring.  
  • Monitors and tracks company assets deployed and received. 
  • Manage the front desk and provide general support to visitors. 
  • Answers phone calls, schedules room reservations and supports visitors. 
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provides information by answering questions and requests. 
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. 
  • Provides applicable forms such as delivery, pull-out, and work permit forms as needed. 
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various tasks related to achieving results as needed. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

You may be a fit if:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree and have internship units in your current curriculum. 
  • You are a self- starter and have the initiative. 
  • You are organized and efficient. 
  • You are keen to details and ensure accuracy of information are logged. 
  • You are hardworking and willing to learn. 
  • You are willing to report onsite during your internship.

You will have an advantage if:

  • You are willing to render a minimum of 3 months of internship. 
  • You can start your internship on or before August 5, 2024
