Product Supply Manager - Engineering

This role reports to the Site Engineering Leader. You will be working with multi-functional teams within the function to drive operation results, provide engineering solutions, and eliminate losses for the site. 
 
As a Product Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to discover P&G's technologies & standards which are worldly recognized.  
 
We will help you build your capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the PC&IS portion of a small to medium project, or a portion of a larger project relatively independently (with sufficient coaching) using the engineering and PC&IS work processes, including Power and Control Practices (PCPs). 
  • Execute all of the components of that project as required, includes including, but not limited to: 
    • Developing Scope and a control system architecture. 
    • Developing Standards and documents including Design Basis, User requirements document and software design basis. 
    • Specifying instruments, sensors, actuators (including required calculations). 
    • Size Sizing and specifying drives and motors (including required calculations). 
    • Specifying electrical distribution equipment and protective devices at <1000V. 
    • Developing model and simulation, mechatronics, Control Loop Health, and similar tools. 
    • Effectively reviewing and approving standard PC&IS design documents and drawings. 
    • Verifying PC&IS Equipment and installations that meet the regulatory requirements. 
    • Troubleshooting and creating of controls, as well as managing of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and systems (including coding). 
    • Upholding safety in the plant, and effectively participating in the ff: 
  • Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV). 
  • Start-up/ and system improvement activities (including field installations).

Required Skills and Abilities

  • With a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering courses. 
  • Open to fresh graduates with 3 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Background in Power, Control, and Information Systems (PC&IS), and programming is an advantage. 
  • Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language. 
  • Has technical curiosity and creativity. 
  • Ability to be innovative and show initiative. 
  • Possesses strong leadership capabilities and can work collaboratively with a team. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
